Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
The jewellery on this website is not intended for children. It contains small parts which could constitute a choking risk. Please take care to keep out of reach of children accordingly.
As the jewellery at Aura is, for most part ‘made to order’, customers must understand that there may be a period of time (usually 2-3 weeks) before you receive your jewellery. This is particularly relevant to the larger necklaces, and also when stones or pearls have to be ordered in especially. Please order in plenty of time for special events and specific dates.
The items which have a magnetic clasp are not suitable to be worn with a pacemaker. Please inform Aura if you wish to change to a non-magnetic clasp. This can be done using the contact form .
Whilst every effort has been made with the accuracy of the information contained in this website and the descriptions of the Goods displayed no liability shall arise for any minor discrepancy or variation in the description of the Goods actually sold, where this does not materially affect the appearance or quality of the Goods in question.
